Jacob West, MD

Dr. West was born and raised in Ventura. He attended UCLA for his undergraduate studies and earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Community Memorial Hospital right here in Ventura.

He enjoys providing primary care for patients of all ages, with specific interests in chronic disease management and in-office procedures. Dr. West believes in a collaborative approach to medicine, working closely with his patients to achieve their long-term health goals through education and preventive care.

In his free time, he enjoys almost anything outdoors—running, cycling, and hiking. On the weekends, you can usually find him at the beach with his wife and two children.
