Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Sue moved to California in 1986. She earned her associate’s degree and RN licensure from Ventura College in 1988, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in 1992.
Sue worked at Santa Paula Memorial Hospital from 1988 to 2003, primarily as the ICU Clinical Nurse Supervisor. In 2003, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from CSUDH. Sue enjoys golf, water skiing, snowboarding, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
