How it works
STEP 01
Schedule online or call (805) 642-1430. We’ll ask about insurance, what kind of provider you’re looking for, and any urgent concerns.
STEP 02
Most new-patient appointments are booked within a week. We’ll find a provider whose practice fits your needs, schedule, and location.
STEP 03
We’ll email you our intake forms. Bring photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of medications. That’s it.
STEP 04
First visits run 45–60 minutes. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. We’ll take it from there.
