Dr. Michael Bailey was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from UCLA School of Medicine in 1977. He then moved to Ventura to train at Ventura County Medical Center, where he completed his internship and residency in 1980. During his final year of training, Dr. Bailey served as Chief Resident from 1979 to 1980.
Dr. Bailey joined Peterson Medical Group in 1980, continuing with them until 1989, when he began practicing solo. In 1994, he partnered with Dr. Banman to form Primary Medical Group.
In his free time, Dr. Bailey enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and cooking. He lives in Ventura with his wife, and they have two adult sons and two grandchildren.
